Sales Executive (Commission)

Two seats, pure commission, uncapped: you sell Solidus development engagements today and build the launch pipeline of shops that will pay for GrowCentric tomorrow.

About the role

GrowCentric is free for shops during the private beta, but the business behind it already sells: companies that engage us for Solidus development use the platform free of charge and get first access to everything new. That development pipeline is yours to hunt, plus the agency partnerships and the waiting list of shops for the paid launch.

This role is commission based and uncapped on purpose: it suits people who back themselves. You get a genuinely differentiated product to sell, warm channels in the Solidus and eCommerce communities, marketing that works alongside you, and full transparency on pipeline and payout. We are hiring two people for this role, so you will have a partner in crime rather than an empty room.

What you will do

  • Hunt and close Solidus development engagements with shops and brands
  • Build the launch waiting list: qualified shops ready to pay when the beta ends
  • Open agency partnerships for the multi shop tier
  • Work trade communities, from Solidus forums to eCommerce meetups
  • Feed what prospects object to straight back into product and pricing

What you bring

  • A track record closing B2B deals, ideally software, agency or eCommerce services
  • Comfort with commission only compensation and the pipeline discipline it demands
  • The ability to hold a credible conversation about eCommerce economics
  • Honesty as a selling style: this product wins on substance, not pressure
  • The right to work in the UK; we cannot support visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • A network among UK or DACH online shops or agencies
  • German language skills
  • Experience selling development services or SaaS

Compensation

Commission based, uncapped. Realistic first year on target earnings £70,000+
