Customer Success & Onboarding

We onboard every shop personally, and that craft becomes yours: connect their store, walk them through their first briefings, and turn what you learn into the roadmap.

About the role

GrowCentric promises shop owners the machinery of a big team without the payroll. The onboarding is where that promise becomes real: you connect their Solidus store, the crawler maps their market, and within days their first morning briefing arrives. You are the person who makes those days smooth, and the face they trust afterwards.

This is not a ticket queue role. During the beta every shop gets personal attention, and what you hear in those conversations shapes the product directly. You will sit closer to the roadmap than customer success people usually ever get.

What you will do

  • Onboard every new shop personally: store connection, crawler setup, first briefings
  • Be the human answer when a shop is stuck, confused or sceptical
  • Translate recurring pain into concrete product feedback the team acts on
  • Build the onboarding playbook that will one day train your own team
  • Keep the community warm: the Slack where shop owners shape what we build

What you bring

  • Experience helping customers succeed with software: onboarding, support or account roles
  • Enough technical curiosity to debug a store connection before escalating it
  • Warm, precise communication in English; German is a genuine plus
  • Ownership: you notice what is broken in the process and fix the process
  • The right to work in the UK; we cannot support visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • eCommerce experience on the merchant side
  • German language skills for our DACH shops
  • Experience writing help content or running webinars

Compensation

From £45,000, very competitive and rising with experience

Tell us who you are.

No cover letter theatre. Your name, a way to reach you, a link to what you have done, and a few honest lines. A human reads every application.
